Catholic High School Entrance/Scholarship Exam Preparation

Eighth grade students planning to attend an archdiocesan or private catholic high school are required to take scholarship and/or entrance tests. Most schools in our area administer the HSPT exam, created by the Scholastic Testing Service. Advanced preparation for these tests can help to increase a child’s scores, build self-confidence and eliminate test anxiety. The course will cover: general test taking skills, specific information for the HSPT exam format, math skills, reading comprehension skills, language skills and a significant amount of vocabulary. The course consists of twelve hours of instruction, with your choice of eight, 1.5 hour session, or four, 3 hour sessions.

COURSE FEE: $355 - At this time, ALL classes are being offered virtually. Handouts will be emailed and HSPT test prep book can be purchased at a variety of different sellers. "Peterson's Master the Catholic High School Entrance Exam"

Cancellation Policy

Since our teachers set their schedules well in advance, we require a minimum of 8 hours notice to cancel a private session. Less than 8 hour notice will require a charge of one half of the rate of the appointment. If a student cannot make a group session such as an SAT class, we do our best to provide an opportunity for the student to make up a missed session with another group. However, if there are no available group options, private make up sessions for missed classes will be provided at our regular hourly rate. There are no refunds for missed classes. To cancel please contact the teacher through email or phone (if provided) or send a message through our Contact Us page.
